Series: Alice in Wonderland

My fascination with Alice began early. A CBS made for TV movie introduced me to the fabled Carrol story. Of course there was the Disney version, which while colorful, did nothing for me. 

After discovering a fascinating book called The Annotated Alice, I began to finally understand the symbolism of the crazy story. As a result I wanted to portray a darker, richer and ever so slightly creepy perspective on it.

A big fan of hookahs, the Caterpillar always earned top marks for being of the crazier characters in Wonderland. Here he sits atop this mushroom asking WHO ARE YOU???
